As the newest addition to the area, the Pagaro South Building inherited the unique, distinct concrete of  the Pagnotta professional building, and joins it as a showpiece of Gateway Blvd. 

This development by Pagaro Investments, completed in 2020, consists of two floors of retail space and a large second floor balcony that has been transformed into an outdoor playground area by one of the tenants. There is ample above ground parking for all visitors available and separate private rear parking for the tenants’ owners and employees.
